Privacy Policy – Instagram DM Manager

1. Who is responsible

This app answers direct messages and comments sent to the controller's Instagram account. Technical operation: elAIguide (Ali Kousha).

2. What data we process

• Your Instagram user ID and username
• The text of the messages and comments you send to the account
• The answers we send back

We do not ask for passport numbers, bank data or other sensitive data. Please do not send them.

3. Why we process it

Only to answer your questions about living in and moving to Germany (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR: answering your request and our legitimate interest in replying to messages). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

• Meta Platforms (Instagram) – receiving and sending messages
• Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany – server hosting
• Google (Gemini API) – an AI model writes the answers based on your message
• Tavily – web search on official German government websites (only short search terms, no personal data)

Some providers may process data outside the EU on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Technical logs on our server are deleted automatically after 14 days. Recent conversation context is kept only in working memory to understand follow-up questions and is cleared regularly. Your messages stay in your Instagram inbox under Instagram's own rules.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To delete your data, send "DELETE MY DATA" by Instagram DM or email to eminekousha@gmail.com. We delete it within 30 days.

İşlenen veriler: Instagram kullanıcı kimliğin ve kullanıcı adın, gönderdiğin mesaj ve yorumların metni ve verdiğimiz cevaplar. Pasaport numarası, banka bilgisi gibi hassas verileri lütfen gönderme.

Amaç: Yalnızca Almanya'da yaşam ve Almanya'ya göç hakkındaki sorularını cevaplamak. Verilerini satmıyoruz ve reklam için kullanmıyoruz.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar: Meta (Instagram), Hetzner (Almanya, sunucu), Google Gemini API (cevapları yazan yapay zekâ modeli), Tavily (resmî Alman sitelerinde arama; kişisel veri gönderilmez).

Saklama süresi: Sunucudaki teknik kayıtlar 14 gün sonra otomatik silinir.

Hakların ve silme: Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz etme hakkın var. Verilerinin silinmesi için Instagram DM'den veya eminekousha@gmail.com adresine "VERİLERİMİ SİL" yaz; 30 gün içinde sileriz.
